End of tenancy cleaning – what to expect from the investment

The need for end-of-tenancy cleaning services has increased dramatically throughout this busy summer. Every day, we receive up to 100 inquiries for end-of-tenancy cleaning quotations, which puts us under a lot of stress.

I told him that I would give him a fast breakdown of the cost and that I would personally return his money if he continued to think that this was absurd So I began: We use business internet, we use and pay for business phones, we use and pay for electricity and water, we use and pay for vans and diesel, and we pay for the best and most effective cleaning products. We pay rent for our office, business rates, wages for our customer service administrators, wages to our manager (me), wages to our account department, and fees to the bank for receiving payments. We pay for marketing and advertising, hosting for our website, IT support for website upkeep, tax, and last but not least, we pay our cleaners to come to your house and clean it. These specialists are compensated quite well for their work, and they thoroughly merit their pay!

Wow, I never realised how many people and procedures were involved in an end-of-tenancy clean-up; instead, I was only thinking about the amount of time it took to clean the apartment, and when I divided it by the amount I paid, it looked like a lot of money. Since then, when he completed his inventory checkout, the clerk appreciated the level of cleanliness, and the client has told many of his friends about us.

Therefore, when a cleaner arrives at your home to clean it, you get much more than just a cleaner; you get a whole service that encompasses many different jobs and procedures. A client should care more about whether they received good service than how many cleaners showed up.
